Just outside the LAM modern art museum. Very good restaurant. Visited on a Sunday. Nice welcoming atmosphere. About 10 choices of main course. I had a well-prepared Tartare de Boeuf. Very friendly service. Two main courses, three coffees, two cheese platter, large bottle of water and a glass of red wine was €68. Thoroughly recommended.
Very friendly staff but food was prepared ahead of time so food allergies were not accommodated. Otherwise, wonderful experience and space.
Although this is described as a Cafe and it was New Year's Eve, they had quite a good selection of food available (although a number of dishes had been cooked in advance, to make it easier and made special requests harder). There are also tasty desserts, although you may just want to go for the special coffee/tea, as this includes a number of tasty treats that are based on the regular desserts that are available.
The food was very good, fantastic for the price. Despite the language barrier (my party and I speak very little French, our fault) the service was helpful and polite.
